Orders are shipped via Canada Post, rates will be calculated accordingly at check out based on your shipping address. There will be free shipping on all orders over $150 within Canada.

How to Make a Return or Exchange
Follow these instructions if you would like to make an online return or exchange:
- Email us at info@nvboutique.ca with the following information: your complete contact information, order number, items being returned or exchanged, and indicate new size or item you would like to exchange for
- We will provide you with a Return Authorization number
- Place your items being returned in a secure package, with a copy of the invoice and Return Authorization number
- Mail your package to:

- Return shipping will be at your expense, shipping must be insured and you must provide us with tracking info.
*We are not responsible for any return packages that are lost or stolen while in transit* - Exchange is strictly permitted within 7 days (Canada) from the date you receive your order
What do I do if my item arrives damaged?
Please note all items are inspected for quality assurance before they leave the store.
Of course, if an item arrives in a damaged state, notify us immediately by email or by phone and we will be happy to assist you.
Sold-Out Items:
Multiple customers may order an exact item simultaneously and the system will process the orders as first come first serve. Therefore, items ordered may become out of stock after the transaction was processed and customers will be refunded.
