Where do you ship?

We ship everywhere in Canada

How much is shipping?

Orders are shipped via Canada Post, rates will be calculated accordingly at check out based on your shipping address. There will be free shipping on all orders over $150 within Canada.

How long does an order take to arrive? 

All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Standard shipping within Canada takes about 5 to 7 business days during the regular season. In December and during Holiday Seasons, shipping times may take longer. (Please note that due to Covid-19 shipping times may vary. We apologize in advance for any delay)

What do I do if I don’t receive my order?

We track all orders from the moment they leave our shop. If your item doesn’t arrive on time, let us know and we’ll locate it for you. Orders can also be tracked by visiting www.canadapost.ca and entering your tracking number, which may be found in the shipping confirmation email we sent you.

Returns

What items are eligible for return?

We do not currently offer refunds. Regular priced items are eligible for exchange only within 7 days from the time purchase is received. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and must have their original tags attached. 

Regular priced merchandise bought online can also be exchanged at our boutique in person and must be accompanied with your invoice.

Upon return, merchandise will be inspected and you will be notified once the exchange has been approved and processed. Refer below to the instructions on how to make a return or exchange.
 
Please Note: Sale Items, Accessories and Bodysuits are Final Sale and not eligible for return or exchange. 

How much is the return shipping fee? 

Returns are at cost of the customer. 

How to Make a Return or Exchange

Follow these instructions if you would like to make an online return or exchange:

  • Email us at info@nvboutique.ca with the following information: your complete contact information, order number, items being returned or exchanged, and indicate new size or item you would like to exchange for
  • We will provide you with a Return Authorization number
  • Place your items being returned in a secure package, with a copy of the invoice and Return Authorization number
  • Mail your package to:

  • Return shipping will be at your expense, shipping must be insured and you must provide us with tracking info.
    *We are not responsible for any return packages that are lost or stolen while in transit

  • Exchange is strictly permitted within 7 days (Canada) from the date you receive your order

What do I do if my item arrives damaged? 

Please note all items are inspected for quality assurance before they leave the store


Of course, if an item arrives in a damaged state, notify us immediately by email or by phone and we will be happy to assist you.

Sold-Out Items:

Multiple customers may order an exact item simultaneously and the system will process the orders as first come first serve. Therefore, items ordered may become out of stock after the transaction was processed and customers will be refunded.
